30-day returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and not assembled
- It must be in its original packaging, with all boxes and parts
You are welcome to open the boxes to check the panels and count parts. Once a shed has been built, though, we are usually unable to accept it back — so please check everything before assembly.
How to return
Email contact@yardhold.shop with your order number and reason for returning. We will send you the return address and instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; we do not charge a restocking fee.
Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or missing parts
If anything arrives damaged or incomplete, do not send it back. Email us photos and your order number and we will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item or a refund.
Manufacturer warranty
Every product we sell is a genuine Keter or Patiowell item and comes with the manufacturer's warranty. If you believe something is faulty, contact us with photos and your order number and we will handle the claim with you.
