Delivery

How your order gets from us to your garden.

Free mainland UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to England, Scotland and Wales. There is no minimum spend and nothing extra added at checkout.

We are not currently able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

How long it takes

Dispatch: within 2 working days of your order
Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
In total: usually 5 to 7 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Multiple boxes

Larger sheds are packed in several numbered cartons and can arrive on different days. That is normal. Please check you have every numbered box before starting to build.

Pallet deliveries

Bigger items arrive on a pallet and are delivered to the kerbside. If access to your property is narrow or restricted, contact us before ordering so we can plan the best option.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it seems stuck, let us know and we will follow it up with the courier.
